Our goal is that you love coming to work.As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW when they opened the first Ellie clinic in Minneapolis. Since then, the Ellie Fam has continued to grow with multiple clinics in Minnesota and a growing number of locally owned and operated franchises across the country.Ellie was proudly founded on the principle of destigmatizing mental health. The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we've made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.Responsibilities and DutiesEvaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation, including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.For part-time status, clinicians will maintain a caseload of at least 15 client visits per week.Utilize creativity and innovative thinking in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocolCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training (compensated)Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and essential to your role ;)Required Qualifications and SkillsCandidates must hold an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license issued by Texas and be in good standing.Required experience with completing treatment plans, and clinical case notesPreferred experience with children, adolescents, and teens. Experience with the geriatric population is a plus for LCSWs.Effective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services on timeComfort and familiarity with working with a diverse client baseProficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systemsPreferred Qualifications and SkillsRequired that candidates be fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid state of TX License.Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services and community resources and will be willing to do some light community outreach.Flexible work from home options available.Seeking Creative & Collaborative Humans With A Passion For Changing Mental Health Care In Fun And Meaningful WaysDon't Meet Every Requirement?Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
