Job Description

Join Our Healthcare Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to become a vital part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will deliver compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients requiring both short- and long-term support, including those with cardiac issues and dementia.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications as prescribed.
Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
Collaborate effectively with Registered Nurses and interdisciplinary teams.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements and Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
