Tax Prep Assistant - Client-Focused & Accurate

H&R Block in Iowa is seeking an entry-level Tax Interview Assistant to help begin and end the tax interview. You will enter client and W-2 information into the tax program, assemble the tax return, obtain required signatures, and review the finished product with the client. You will strive to ensure every client receives superior service, communicate effectively in person and on the phone, and work with Windows-based software.
