USAA roles may offer remote or hybrid flexibility for active-duty military spouses consistent with applicable policy and business needs.The OpportunityAs a dedicated Business Applications Analyst Senior (Salesforce Administrator)for P&C Insurance Agency, you will provide complex analytical, business, and technical support related to strategic business functions, processes, and applications/IT platforms. Leads and participates in efforts supporting business analysis and decision-making processes including creating, implementing and maintaining application solutions to meet the needs of a business or organization. Propose changes to business processes to better align to business need.We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.What you'll do:Advises and provides analytical support and recommendations to stakeholders making decisions related to business and application/IT platform direction and modifications, taking into account current and future business needs and opportunities.Maintains advanced understanding of business processes, applications/IT platform and strategic direction and advises customers on and facilitates the identification, research, and analysis of application/IT platform and technology solutions.Collaborates and exchanges information with team members, stakeholders, and information services to ensure dependencies, risks, and opportunities are identified and addressed.Researches complex business issues requiring advanced knowledge of business principles and theories.Responsible for analyzing and participates in documenting business requirements for application/IT platform and data systems and directing the testing and implementation of new systems or changes to current system as required to meet contractual needs and improve processes.Leads and participates in the design and administration of standards and policies regarding application/IT platform and end user customer documentation.Provides input and participates in establishing system documentation standards and quality assurance methodologies for systems and applications/IT platform.Provides work direction and coaching to team members and may provide input on performance and development plans.Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.What you have:Bachelor's degree; OR 4 additional years of relevant education and/or experience.6 years of work experience in analyzing IT business processes, software application/IT platform design and/or IT documentation, with an understanding of application/IT platform data systems and operations processes.Demonstrated understanding of application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle, to include testing execution.Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business requirements, as well as technical functionality of IT applications/IT platform.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.Knowledge of risk & controls with experience identifying and fixing gaps, documenting controls and testing those controls.Successful completion of an analyst assessment may be required.What sets you apart:5+ years of Salesforce administration, analysis, or business systems experience.Experience supporting Salesforce environments within insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated industries.Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, workflows, reports, dashboards, and security models.Experience supporting CRM systems in a production environment.Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Experience managing competing priorities and supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously.US military experience gained through military service or gained as a military spouse / domestic partner.Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $93,770.00 - $179,240.00USAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
