Step into a rewarding opportunity as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. You’ll work onsite supporting students’ communication needs while fostering self-confidence and educational growth. This contract position offers 35 hours per week and runs from August 1, 2026, through May 29, 2027. As specifics about the caseload are finalized, you'll be engaged in meaningful collaboration with educators and families, helping students achieve their communication goals in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Knowledgeable about developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration skills with teachers, administrators, and families
• Effective communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students onsite
• Assess, diagnose, and develop IEPs and therapy goals tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with district guidelines
• Communicate student progress with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in meetings and professional development as needed to support student outcomes
