Job Description
TITLE
Registered Nurse - Neuro Telemetry

SCHEDULE
Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 (3 x 12 hours)

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS
- RN License required
- Stroke certification preferred

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct clinical care for assigned patients.
- Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care tasks.
- Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality and safe nursing care.
- Manage resources related to patient care effectively.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Scrubs: Ceil blue or white for RNs, Hunter green for CNAs.
- Pre-shift communication: House supervisor must be contacted for nurse cancellations.
- Patient ratios: 1:7 or 1:8 nurse to patient ratio in specific units.
