Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans. Address patient concerns and build meaningful relationships by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs. Celebrate every victory along the way. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. CPR certification.
