What You'll Be Doing: Learning to build comprehensive financial plans covering investments, insurance, and retirement Meeting with clients to understand their goals and recommend tailored solutions Growing your own network through referrals, community involvement, and mentorship Working toward required licenses (Series 6, 63, and state insurance licenses) full training and sponsorship provided Completing our Culture Index assessment as part of the interview process What You'll Need: A 4-year college degree (required) No prior finance experience necessary — we'll train you from day one Strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about people A competitive, self-motivated mindset Compensation & Growth : This role is 100% performance based — your income potential grows directly with your results, with no cap on what you can earn. James Wong — Financial Advisor/Growth & Development Director James joined the firm in 2020 after a career that took him from competitive baseball through professional coaching. He's now dedicated to mentoring the newest advisors on the team.

William Brammer —

Financial Advisor/Growth & Development Director William started as an intern in 2016, became a full-time advisor in 2017, and now leads development for new advisors entering the firm — the same role you'd be stepping into.

Johnny Crawford — Director of Selection Johnny has served as Director of Selection at Northwestern Mutual for the past nine months, connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities.
