About The Role As a Senior Associate on the GTM Strategy & Operations team, you will build the analytical and operational infrastructure that powers our go‑to‑market motion. The role sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, sales enablement, revenue operations, and AI – giving you the opportunity to build tools, systems, and processes that make a sales team meaningfully more effective. You will see the full picture: from lead targeting to close to merchant growth. This role is ideal for a strategic operator who can move fast and wear many hats – equal parts analyst, builder, operator, and GTM partner. You will work directly with frontline sales and product teams to help merchants thrive. You will report to the GTM Sr. Manager on the Strategy & Operations team within our DoorDash Commerce Platform organization. Responsibilities Own the intelligence layer behind our GTM engine – analyzing conversion patterns, lead attributes, and pipeline performance to build prioritization frameworks that help sales reps focus on the highest‑value accounts and close more deals. Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities that exponentially increase velocity. Design, build, and maintain AI‑powered tools that improve GTM efficiency. Support the design and buildout of a scalable inbound funnel. Create and maintain the systems, infrastructure, and processes that enable a high‑performing sales organization. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, or GTM/revenue operations. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel. Experience working with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub, etc., and know how to scale impact through the use of AI‑powered tools, skills, and processes. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action – comfortable building from zero to one in an unstructured environment. Strong work ethic and willingness to put in the effort required to move fast and deliver results in a high‑growth, fast‑paced setting. Clear communication across audiences and effective collaboration with cross‑functional partners. Compensation The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job‑related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. The range is market‑dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Pay range: $87,000—$128,000 USD. Paid time off details: Salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year. Hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
