What You ll Do

• Provide neonatal ICU care for infants in a Level III NICU setting
• Perform advanced procedures including intubation and line placements
• Assist with resuscitation and stabilization of high-risk newborns
• Participate in transport coordination and patient transfers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently

What You NeedRequired

• Valid licensure as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 23+ weeks experience in Level III NICU
• Proficient in neonatal procedures such as intubation, chest tubes, PICC lines, and arterial sticks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability for scheduled shifts on specified dates

Preferred

• Experience with neonatal transport logistics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
