Qualifications Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in applied clinical science with a course in Histology or an equivalent of training and experience is necessary. Two years experience in a Histology laboratory is desirable. Certification or eligibility for certification as Histotechnologist (HTL) or Histotechnician (HT) by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
