Electrical Hardware EngineerImmediate need for a talented Electrical Hardware Engineer. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Folsom CA (Onsite). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Key skills; "bring up", "hardware engineer", "PCB"Design, testing and debugging digital and analog circuitsBachelor's degree in electrical engineering required.5 years of experience designing, testing, and debugging analog and digital hardware at the component level.Strong hands-on experience with analog circuits, Op Amps, voltage regulators, transistors, microcontrollers, and multiplexers.Experience with component selection, circuit analysis, schematic capture, PCB layout review, and ECOs.Hands-on experience with PCB bring-up, board validation, and hardware debugging.Regular experience using oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and function generators.Experience developing and executing hardware validation/test plans and writing technical test reports.Experience with schematic capture tools; Cadence preferred.Ability to read complex device datasheets and work effectively with software/firmware engineers on hardware interfaces such as I2C and SPI.Strong technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.Our client is a leading IT Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
