Field Nurse Case Manager

Paradigm is seeking a full-time Field Nurse Case Manager to cover Raleigh and nearby communities, including Goldsboro. This field/home-based role involves travel to doctors’ offices, hospitals, and other sites, with up to 2 hours one-way per appointment. The role focuses on medical case management of work-related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation while coordinating with insurers, providers, attorneys, employers, and employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr
