Bilingual Receptionist Needed ASAP
Temp to Hire (Covering FMLA)
to $22 hourly
8-5 M-F 
Great Cypress location

• Serve as the face of the company greeting visiting guests as well as answering and directing phone calls
• Schedule and coordinate all interviews as requested by HR
• Prepare and distribute schedules to the appropriate people
• Assist other HR and operations staff as needed with administrative duties
• Help with data entry projects
• Coordinate all incoming/outgoing mail and shipping needs
• Distribute mail
• Order supplies and update inventory

Requirements:

• Prefer fluent in Spanish
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written and listening)
• Excellent Administrative skills (filing, documenting, data entry, etc.)
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook
• Must be a quick learner and have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adhere to tight deadlines, with attention to detail, and handle confidential information in a discrete manner
