Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Accountable Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team and deliver high-quality rehabilitative care at leading healthcare facilities across the country. As a Travel PT, you will evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions, design evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients restore function, mobility, and independence. Assignments may be at acute care hospitals, inpatient rehab units, skilled nursing facilities, or outpatient clinics, giving you exposure to diverse settings, patient populations, and best practices. In this role, you will perform comprehensive PT evaluations, establish measurable goals, provide therapeutic interventions such as therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, gait and balance training, manual therapy, and patient and family education, while documenting care in the electronic medical record according to facility and regulatory standards. You will participate in care conferences, communicate clearly with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other therapists, and contribute to safe discharge planning, including home exercise programs and recommendations for equipment or continued therapy.
