Hiring Immediately – Warehouse Leads with Forklift Experience (Multiple Shifts Available)
Location: Kansas City, MO
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available:
A Shift (M-F 6:30am-3:30pm). D Shift (Thurs-Sun 6:30am-5:30pm). E shift (Thurs-Sun 6:30pm-5:30am)

Position Overview
As a Warehouse Lead or Operator, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring productivity goals are met, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Warehouse Leads will provide guidance and support to team members while assisting supervisors with operational oversight.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Leads
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure procedures are followed.
- Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist with employee timecard reviews and administrative tasks.
- Provide support and leadership in the absence of the Supervisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Train, coach, and motivate warehouse team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and operational procedures.
- Participate in daily warehouse activities as needed.
- Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment.
- Perform shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory functions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization.
- Follow established safety and quality standards.
- Meet productivity goals and performance expectations.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Prior forklift experience required.
- Experience in a Lead role preferred for Warehouse Lead positions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work overtime and varying schedules based on business needs.
