API Support Engineer Real-Time Incident Response

Wise is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting our enterprise API customers. You will develop deep knowledge of Wise APIs and SWIFT products, test REST APIs, and analyze logs and databases to pinpoint root causes. You will coordinate incident responses with global engineering and commercial teams, share insights to improve the platform, and collaborate with worldwide teams to ensure seamless integration for Wise Platform partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr Limelight Health
