Key Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment according to procedure requirements Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments and supplies to ensure a sterile environment Assist surgeons and surgical team members during procedures by passing instruments and supplies Ensure proper patient positioning and safety measures are followed before and during surgery Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and equipment usage Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards at all times Assist with inventory management and restocking of surgical supplies Skills and Qualifications: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification from an accredited program Proven experience as a scrub tech or surgical technologist in a hospital or surgical center Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization techniques, and aseptic procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or on-call hours Join our dynamic healthcare team committed to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a collaborative, supportive work environment.
