Senior RF Signals Engineer

Position: Senior Engineering Specialist – Communication Software Implementation Department (CSID) Responsibilities Build prototypes for classic signal processing Build prototypes for AI/ML signal processing Deliver tech demos and briefings to internal stakeholders and external customers Provide technical guidance and insight to external customers Develop the department’s business network with the customer program office Requirements Engineering Specialist Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline. Minimum of eight years of related experience with modern communication system engineering, digital signal processing, or AI/ML communication expertise. Experience with developing within a Linux environment. Strong coding experience in C++, Python, or Matlab. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, issued by the U.S. Government. U.S. citizenship required to obtain a security clearance. Senior Engineering Specialist Minimum of twelve years of experience. Proven technical leadership skills with project leadership from initial concept to project execution or business development experience with the U.S. Government customer. Demonstrated mentorship of junior staff. Possession of an active TS/SCI security clearance (desired). Preferred Skills Software defined radio development (GNU Radio) or experience with USRP or similar SDR platforms. Experience with best practices for DevOps and MLOps. Active TS/SCI security clearance. Compensation Grade‑based pay range: $129,000.00 – $249,600.00 per year. Benefits Comprehensive health care and wellness plans.
