Insurance Sales Representative

As an agent, I am looking for a uniquely talented person to help me deliver on the promise State Farm has kept for more than 80 years. I am seeking hard working individuals who are looking for a career in a fast-paced insurance agency in Jonesboro, GA.

Job Requirements
- Driven to achieve sales goals and results oriented.
- High integrity, strong work ethic, loves to learn, passionate about achieving great results, as well as doing what is right for clients
- Intelligent, energetic, and gets along well with others
- Strong oral, written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Establishing and deepening relationships with client base through bank products and services
- Involvement with professional, community or civic organizations
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum of 1 year sales experience in a goal-oriented environment
- Must have a positive attitude!
- A background check and credit check will be required.
Job Responsibilities
This opportunity requires the associate to market insurance and banking products & services to prospective individuals and small businesses in the local community.
- Prospecting for new clients and probing to discover needs for bank products
- Calling local business prospects to offer products or schedule appointments
- Developing marketing strategies to increase sales on specific product or service
- Creating and implementing a referral generating program
- Attend networking events to build relationships with prospective clients
