Responsibilities As a Field Technician II, you are responsible for providing support in the maintenance and operation of generators, HVAC, and telecommunication site infrastructures. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge. In addition, you will:

• Work with minimal supervision
• Read and understand a customer detail plan
• Have a labor-intensive attitude
• Provide superior customer service while ensuring all essential job functions are performed in a timely, efficient, accurate, and safe manner
• Adhere to all company and industry standards/regulations (OSHA, etc.)
• Prepare drawings of field sketches using AutoCAD
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings, specifications, and design requirements related to telecommunications, commercial, residential, and light industrial applications
• Conduct due diligence for multiple projects prior to fieldwork
• Review peer work product
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications About You: Safety is a part of your day-to-day. You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality. You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work. You are looking for long-term projects. You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team. 2+ years of general construction experience preferred; some cell tower industry experience highly preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills; self-starter, team player, and results-oriented. Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and have a clean driving record to operate a company vehicle. High school diploma or GED; technical degree preferred. Experience on AT&T or Verizon Wireless Networks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment. Ability to lead crews when the foreman is gone, with DC/AC electrical skills. Update equipment office records and installation specifications to document accurate "as built". Ability to work on ladders, demonstrated manual dexterity. Must be adaptable to changing environments. Must be able to pick up 50 lbs. and be capable of working up to 12 hours. Must be available to work weekends and/or nights, in extreme weather conditions if necessary, and be willing to travel extensively.
