RPA Developer

Job Overview ProSidian is seeking an RPA Developer for Human Capital Technology Support – Intelligent Automation (AI & RPA) (Job Reference NSF0056056). The role supports the National Science Foundation (NSF) and other government clients in the Mid Atlantic region, primarily in Alexandria, VA, on a hybrid basis. The position operates as an exempt W2 contractor, with no overtime pay. Responsibilities and Duties Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) bots and AI‑driven workflows to automate HR business processes. Identify process improvement opportunities, recommend appropriate automation technologies, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making. Collaborate with stakeholders to document automation requirements, functional specifications, and support procedures. Maintain and support deployed automation solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing enhancements. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of RPA development experience. Proficiency with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and scripting languages. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Experience in government or public‑services sector, including exposure to federal human‑capital management policies, is highly desirable. Skills and Competencies Strong technical execution and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication, both oral and written. Project management knowledge and ability to manage priorities and deliver on deadlines. Team collaboration and ability to work cross‑functionally.
