Cardiac PCU/Tele Nurse: Holistic Care Leader

FMOL Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe therapeutic care in a holistic, patient‑centered manner. You will integrate knowledge, skills, and family education to support the patient across the continuum. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, discharge planning, patient advocacy, and collaboration with the healthcare team. Current LA RN license and BLS required; ACLS/PALS within 6 months; CPI and NIH Stroke Scale within first year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
