FLAG Solutions is hiring for multiple aerospace manufacturing positions throughout the Inland Empire , including Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, and Rialto.

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in grinding/deburring, heat treat or furnace operations, forging, aerospace quality inspection, material handling, forklifts, machining, or metal manufacturing.

Pay: $20–$24/hr DOE | 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available

Grinder / Deburr

Candidates with grinding or finishing experience may perform duties such as:

• Operate hand grinders, pneumatic grinders and other finishing tools.
• Grind, deburr, blend and finish metal or aerospace components.
• Remove excess material, burrs and surface imperfections.
• Work from production instructions, blueprints or visual standards.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and proper finish.
• Use hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment.
• Follow aerospace quality and safety procedures.

Preferred experience: grinding, deburring, polishing, metal finishing, aerospace parts, castings, forgings or machine-shop environments.

Heat Treat

Heat Treat candidates may perform duties such as:

• Load and unload furnaces.
• Prepare metal components for heat treatment.
• Monitor furnace cycles, temperatures and production documentation.
• Handle parts before and after heat treating operations.
• Assist with racks, baskets, fixtures and furnace equipment.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain organized production and furnace areas.

Preferred experience: heat treat, furnaces, ovens, vacuum furnaces, salt bath, annealing, brazing, aerospace metals or industrial manufacturing.

Forge Helper / Hammer Helper

Candidates may assist with forging and heavy manufacturing operations, including:

• Support forge operators, hammer operators and production personnel.
• Load, move and position metal parts during production.
• Assist with tooling, dies and production equipment.
• Handle hot or heavy metal components using proper equipment.
• Remove finished parts and prepare work areas for the next production cycle.
• Use hand tools and basic shop equipment.
• Follow PPE and high-temperature safety requirements.

Preferred experience: forging, hammer operations, foundry, heat treat, metalworking, steel manufacturing or heavy industrial production.

Quality Control / Inspector

Quality candidates may perform duties such as:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of manufactured parts.
• Read blueprints, drawings and work instructions.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring instruments.
• Perform receiving, in-process or final inspections.
• Identify non-conforming parts and document inspection results.
• Verify parts meet customer and manufacturing requirements.
• Follow established aerospace quality procedures.

Preferred experience: aerospace inspection, quality control, blueprint reading, GD&T, First Article Inspection or precision measuring instruments.

Material Handler

Material Handling candidates may perform duties such as:

• Move and stage raw materials and finished aerospace components.
• Load and unload materials throughout the facility.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks or other material-handling equipment when qualified.
• Pull materials for production orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material locations.
• Assist with shipping, receiving and warehouse operations.
• Safely handle metal, tooling and production materials.

Preferred experience: forklift, material handling, warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, metals or aerospace manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, aerospace, machining, metalworking, warehouse or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools is preferred.
• Ability to read basic work instructions and production paperwork.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Must be comfortable working 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift , depending on the opening.
