Good Shepherd Services, Ltd seeks a dynamic Case Planner to advance permanency planning for children in foster care. The role reports to the Foster Care Supervisor and is based at 7 West Burnside Avenue, Bronx, NY with hybrid in-office/field responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a related degree (MSW preferred), strong communication and group facilitation skills, and the ability to engage families and coordinate visits.
