Sr Manager, Medical Affairs / External Scientific Engagement

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager, Medical Affairs / External Scientific Engagement to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape external scientific engagement strategy across key healthcare stakeholders and help ensure clinical evidence is translated into meaningful, field-facing dialogue. You will build trusted relationships with medical experts, gather insights from the field, and partner closely with internal teams to inform Medical Affairs priorities. The position also plays a central role in supporting scientific meetings, advisory forums, and other high-value engagement opportunities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $220,000 annually Responsibilities Build and maintain strategic scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders Deliver evidence-based scientific exchange through presentations and discussions Gather and communicate clinical insights to inform Medical Affairs strategy Lead external engagement strategies, including key opinion leader development and advisory boards Support scientific congresses and professional meetings by facilitating engagement Partner with cross-functional teams to address evidence needs and enhance understanding Independently lead complex Medical Affairs initiatives and strategic projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific, clinical, or healthcare discipline required; advanced degree preferred Significant experience in infusion therapy, smart pump technology, or related healthcare fields Prior experience in Medical Science Liaison or scientific engagement roles preferred Demonstrated success in presenting scientific information to healthcare professionals Ability to travel approximately 50-70% Strong analytical and communication skills for complex scientific information Benefits Medical and dental coverage starting on day one Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) with discounted stock purchase options 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company matching Flexible Spending Accounts and educational assistance programs Paid time off ranging from 20 to 35 days based on length of service Commuting benefits and childcare support Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
