Requirements

• Active RN License
• BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS required
• Prior SNF/Subacute experience required

Patient Population

• Pulmonary patients requiring oxygen
• Alzheimer's & Dementia
• Long-Term Care residents

Responsibilities

• Medication administration
• Wound care
• Tracheostomy care
• IV care

Patient Ratio

• 1:5

EMR

• Cerner

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts
• Every other weekend
• Holiday rotation
• First to float
• Float to Acute Rehab, Med-Surg, and Tele as needed
• No call required
