You’ll provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative, and physical development of each child. Responsibilities Creates lesson plans that are balanced and appropriate to development levels Document learning experience through displays and pictures Maintains positive informal and formal communication with families on a daily basis Maintains a safe, comforting and stimulating environment for toddlers Facilitates and maintains child care licensing standards Friendly and a desire to work as a team in a rewarding, fast-paced environment Qualifications Previous experience in an early learning environment (Keystone Stars / Daycare experience preferred) Strong verbal communicator with an upbeat personality who is comfortable and excels with speaking to parents Energetic, nurturing, positive, child-friendly personality Shows initiative; strong work ethic High school diploma, CDA or Associate's Degree is preferred *PA Criminal History, FBI, Child Abuse Clearance, NSOR clearance, documentation of experience, Health Assessment and 2 letters of reference required.* Jane Munn School is a PA Keystone Star 4, NAEYC Accredited center located in a homelike environment.
