Prospect through outbound calls, follow-up, referrals, and other agency-provided opportunities to identify and develop new customers. Conduct Needs-Based Conversations:

Learn to identify customer needs, explain available insurance options, prepare quotes, and recommend appropriate Auto, Fire, Life, and Health solutions. Manage Your Sales Pipeline:

Maintain consistent prospecting and follow-up activity, track opportunities, and build a pipeline of future business. Build Customer Relationships:

Deliver a professional customer experience, develop strong relationships, and identify opportunities for referrals, cross-selling, and long-term retention. Develop as an Insurance Professional:

Participate in ongoing coaching, role-play, product training, and sales development while demonstrating increasing independence, confidence, and product knowledge. QUALIFICATIONS

No insurance experience or license required. Candidates must be willing and able to obtain required insurance licensing. Licensing reimbursement is available according to agency guidelines.
