Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Duration: 9-Month Contract (through year-end)
Work Arrangement: 100% onsite during training, transitioning to a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical professionals who are passionate about operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will support the setup, maintenance, and ongoing administration of advisory accounts while helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of critical account data.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both daily operations and strategic initiatives, including Activity and InvestCloud-related projects. The ideal candidate is someone who challenges existing processes, identifies opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthens controls, and drives high-quality outcomes across the organization.

What You'll Do

Advisory Account Operations

• Review, validate, and process advisory account setup and maintenance requests accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure account information is correctly established and maintained within systems of record.
• Validate account coding and data integrity across multiple platforms.
• Research and resolve data discrepancies, exceptions, and processing issues.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze operational reports, account data, and exception reporting to identify trends and potential issues.
• Interpret findings and provide recommendations to improve operational performance.
• Support risk management efforts through data-driven analysis and reporting.

Process Improvement & Project Support

• Evaluate current workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, including Activity and InvestCloud projects.
• Assist with business requirement gathering, testing activities, implementation support, and process documentation.
• Help drive sustainable operational improvements while maintaining appropriate controls.

Risk & Control Management

• Identify operational risks, control weaknesses, and process vulnerabilities.
• Support initiatives that strengthen controls and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Escalate concerns appropriately and recommend solutions to mitigate risk.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Account Opening & Maintenance teams, Advisory Operations, Technology, and other business stakeholders.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly and professionally.
• Support a collaborative environment focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Quality Assurance (QA), operational testing, or audit-related functions.
• Experience with advisory account processing, account maintenance, brokerage operations, or financial services operations.
• Experience using data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting system implementations, operational transformation efforts, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of operational risk management and internal controls.

A Day in the Life

In this role, you'll spend your day reviewing and processing advisory account requests, validating account information, analyzing operational reports, researching exceptions, and collaborating with internal partners to ensure accurate and timely processing. You'll also participate in project initiatives, support testing and implementation activities, assess operational risks, and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency and strengthen controls across the business.
