Our client, an industry leader in security and risk management, is seeking a o years experience Risk and Vulnerability Threat Analyst 1 to join their dynamic team. As a o years experience Risk and Vulnerability Threat Analyst Level 1, you will be an integral part of the Security Operations Department supporting the cybersecurity and risk assessment teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to its ongoing success.

What's the Job?

• Participate in controls and security assessments to evaluate potential risks to proprietary data and organizational systems.

• Provide technical support by analyzing network security logs and identifying trends post-incident.

• Uncover security and compliance violations to ensure organizational integrity.

• Associate and correlate IP address-related events with specific systems or devices within the IT infrastructure.

• Support the development and analysis of system and security documentation, maintaining accurate records of exceptions to standards.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in risk and vulnerability analysis or related fields.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Knowledge of network security principles, controls, and assessment methodologies.
