Licensed Vocational Nurse For Middle School Student

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LVN/LPN license in California
• Experience working with pediatric or adolescent populations, preferably in a school or home health setting
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation for homebound service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing support and care tailored to a middle school-aged student's medical needs
• Administer medication and monitor health conditions according to the care plan
