• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and indirect OT services as outlined by IEP goals
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success strategies
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for each student
• Mentor and guide school staff in implementing strategies that support students’ functional needs
• Participate in screening, evaluation, and goal development as required
