Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and retail customers with parts requests
• Identify and locate the correct OEM Ford parts and accessories
• Process parts orders, invoices, and returns accurately
• Maintain inventory organization and stock levels
• Receive, stock, and merchandise incoming parts shipments
• Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicles is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
