Managing Attorney

We're partnering with an established Nevada-based law firm to hire an experienced Workers' Compensation Managing Attorney to lead its Workers' Compensation division. This leadership role combines legal advocacy, team management, and operational oversight to drive exceptional client outcomes and department performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the Workers' Compensation team, including attorneys, paralegals, case managers, and support staff. Manage an active caseload, including hearings, litigation, settlements, and client communication. Provide legal oversight and ensure quality case management from intake through resolution. Develop and improve workflows, SOPs, KPIs, and team accountability. Mentor and train attorneys and staff to enhance performance and client service. Collaborate with intake, litigation, and operations teams to ensure efficient case handling. Drive process improvements and support the growth of the Workers' Compensation practice. Ensure compliance with ethical standards and maintain a client-focused, results-driven culture. Qualifications Active license and good standing with the Nevada State Bar. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills. Ability to manage both a caseload and a legal team. Commitment to client advocacy and exceptional service.
