In a leading retail setting, this role supports customers and colleagues in a growing, high-impact, customer-focused environment. You will work both independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others. Responsibilities Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, showing compassion and resolving potential service issues. Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items when needed. Accurately perform cashier duties—handling cash, checks and credit card transactions in line with company policies. Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed. Support opening and closing store activities as needed. Provide customer support to all departments (including photo and beauty), ensuring departments are stocked and operational while staying current with services and tools. Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as opportunities for growth arise. Embrace and advocate for CVS services and loyalty programs that support customers on their health journey. Qualifications Required Qualifications — At least 16 years of age Physical Requirements: Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly to move objects (including overhead lifting) Visual acuity to perform tasks such as reading and inspecting small parts/details Preferred Qualifications — Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting Education — High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required Additional Details Anticipated Weekly Hours: 29 Time Type: Part time Pay Range: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour The pay range represents base compensation for this role. The actual offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
