What you'll bring:
- Current Illinois SLP License and Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Completed or actively pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or CCC credential
- Experience or strong interest in serving school-aged children (elementary and intermediate preferred)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' progress
- Complete necessary documentation, IEP participation, and progress monitoring
- Provide education and guidance to school staff and parents on best practices
- Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities
