Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (four 10-hour shifts)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Cycle Counter to support accurate inventory management within a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for performing routine cycle counts, researching inventory discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory records, and entering information into computer-based inventory systems.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of previous inventory cycle counting experience and be comfortable working with computers and inventory tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily and scheduled cycle counts of inventory, materials, parts, and supplies.

Verify physical inventory against quantities listed in the inventory management system.

Identify, document, and research inventory discrepancies.

Recount inventory as needed to confirm accuracy.

Enter and update inventory information using computer-based systems.

Assist with inventory audits and inventory reconciliation.

Verify part numbers, quantities, locations, and other inventory information.

Maintain accurate documentation and cycle count records.

Communicate inventory discrepancies or recurring issues to the appropriate team members.

Follow established inventory control, safety, and quality procedures.

Maintain an organized and accurate inventory environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of previous Inventory Cycle Counter experience required.

Previous experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse inventory.

Basic computer skills and experience entering or reviewing inventory data.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to identify and investigate inventory discrepancies.

Ability to read part numbers, inventory labels, and location information.

Comfortable working independently and completing repetitive counting tasks accurately.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.

Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or other computerized inventory management systems.

Experience assisting with physical inventory counts or inventory audits.

Experience using handheld scanners or other inventory tracking equipment.
