Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Medical / Surgical/ Telemetry Specialty: RN Medical / Surgical/ Telemetry Duration: 12 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Required certifications Description: Providing care for patients in a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry setting. Monitoring patient vital signs and health status. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care. Educating patients and families regarding health management. Documenting patient care and progress in medical records. Adhering to safety protocols and infection control measures. Participating in staff meetings and training sessions. Fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for patients. Assisting with procedures and activities of daily living as needed.
