Sr Sales Strategy Analyst
Intuitive Surgical
Senior Sales Strategy Analyst role supporting US commercial leadership with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. The position involves analyzing complex datasets, identifying business trends, and advising executive-level partners on performance optimization and commercial strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify emerging business trends, risks, and opportunities through proactive data analysis and deliver strategic recommendations
- Translate complex data analyses into actionable insights that influence executive decision-making
- Serve as trusted strategic advisor to multiple VP and Director level business partners
- Drive quarterly deliverables including executive reporting, sales performance analysis, territory design, and quota modeling
- Lead process improvement initiatives and collaborate with US and international teams on insights and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in sales operations, business intelligence, sales strategy, or similar analytical role
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex business challenges
- Advanced proficiency with analytical and data visualization software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field
- SQL and Tableau experience highly preferred
