As a PM Front of House Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in our restaurant, ensuring our Front of House operates smoothly while developing your skills in leadership and teamwork. Please note that this is a PM (night shift) position. You will be required to work a minimum of (5) night shifts per week. Prior Chick-fil-A Leadership experience is not required, but is a plus.Position Type:Full-time (40+ hrs a week)PM Hours (2pm-11pm for most shifts)Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage Front of House operations during evening shifts.Ensure food quality and safety standards are met.Train and develop team members to achieve their best.Foster a positive and enthusiastic work environment.Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant.Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs.Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.Be a friendly, encouraging team player.Close, lead shifts, key holder.Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.Collaborate with other leaders to create policies and procedures that align with our brand and promote success in our business.Availability Requirements:You must be fully available to be considered for this position.You will be guaranteed Sundays off each week.You will be required to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts as needed.Weekend availability required. You MUST be available to work FRIDAY AND SATURDAY!On-call shifts and holiday work will be required.Overtime opportunities available.THIS IS A PM POSITION! You will be required to work a minimum of 5 night shifts per week. Night shifts are usually 2pm-11pm or 2pm-10pm.
