Nurse Manager | San Luis Obispo, CA
Lead with purpose in a coastal community known for exceptional care and quality of life. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations and support a high-performing healthcare team in San Luis Obispo, CA.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
Coordinate daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
Drive quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance initiatives
Mentor staff, support professional development, and foster a positive team culture
What You’ll Bring:
Active California RN license
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred
Acute care nursing and leadership experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
