Nurse Manager | San Luis Obispo, CA

• Lead and support nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care

• Coordinate daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

• Drive quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance initiatives

• Mentor staff, support professional development, and foster a positive team culture

What You’ll Bring:

• Active California RN license

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred

• Acute care nursing and leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
