Nurse Manager | San Luis Obispo, CA

Lead with purpose in a coastal community known for exceptional care and quality of life. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to oversee clinical operations and support a high-performing healthcare team in San Luis Obispo, CA.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care

  • Coordinate daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

  • Drive quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance initiatives

  • Mentor staff, support professional development, and foster a positive team culture

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active California RN license

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred

  • Acute care nursing and leadership experience preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
