AI-Native Software Engineering Manager

Leading a team of engineers in a remote environment, the full-time salaried AI-Native Software Engineering Manager will manage software delivery, enhance AI-native capabilities, and ensure effective collaboration within an agentic delivery model. Key responsibilities Manage, mentor, and develop a diverse team of software engineers while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Own the team's delivery commitments, ensuring timely completion of features and bug fixes while maintaining quality standards Participate in architecture discussions and drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools, ensuring adherence to engineering standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience 7+ years of professional software development experience with a strong background in C# / ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and front-end frameworks 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployment practices on Azure Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling and experience leading teams within agentic or AI-accelerated delivery models
