Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist clients with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. About Our Agency We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in El Dorado Hills. Our office is open 8:30 am- 5:30 pm. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. We currently have 2 team members at our agency. We have 25 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
