Mentor and coach our sales leadership team to foster a culture of professional growth.
Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue improvement and operational efficiency.
Represent The Atlantic District at industry events and build strong community partnerships.
Ensure all sales practices align with our core values of integrity and client-first service.
Collaborate with the executive team to set ambitious, yet attainable, annual sales goals.
RequirementsMinimum 10 years of leadership experience in insurance or a related financial sector.
Strong track record of scaling high-performing sales organizations.
Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and regulatory standards in Virginia.
Advanced certification in insurance or business administration.
Mastery of sales pipeline management and CRM technologies.
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal abilities.
