BG Staffing is hiring an Experienced Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Palmetto, FL . We’re looking for someone energetic, professional, and confident in a fast‑paced leasing environment.
Responsibilities- Tour prospects and assist with leasing
- Provide excellent customer service
- Process applications and prepare leasing documents
- Handle calls, emails, and daily office communication
- Support marketing, outreach, and resident engagement
- Previous leasing experience required
- Lease‑up experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, organized, and reliable
