Overview
Registered Nurse – MICU travel assignment in Philadelphia, PA. Start date 09/14/2026 for 10 weeks with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Night shift schedule is 3x12s (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). Local Contract (Nursing) program. Weekly pay ranges from $2,222 to $2,307.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for MICU patients, including monitoring, ventilator management, and complex clinical needs
- Perform ongoing assessments, implement and adjust individualized care plans, and document findings in the electronic medical record
- Administer medications and therapies, monitor for adverse events, and respond to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other members of the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based care
- Monitor hemodynamics, invasively and noninvasively, and respond to alarms and emergent situations promptly
- Educate patients and families about care plans, discharge planning, and follow-up needs
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate smooth patient handoffs during shift changes and participate in rounding and care coordination

Requirements
- ICU/ MICU registered nurse with 2+ years of ICU experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- EPIC electronic medical record experience
- Previous travel/contract nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and fulfill a 3-shift per week schedule
- RTO requests must allow for all 3 shifts in a given week
- EOW assignment requirement
