Job Summary and Responsibilities Family Medicine Opportunity in Santa Paula, CA. As our Family Medicine Physician, you will join an established and respected practice at Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County, contributing significantly to our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care throughout the Santa Paula community. You will provide comprehensive, expert clinical care to patients of all ages, fostering lasting relationships within our diverse community. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in mentorship or educational initiatives, guiding future healthcare professionals and advancing the field of Family Medicine. To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Family Medicine physician with a dedication to delivering patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to serving a diverse population within a collaborative and supportive environment. We are offering acompetitive compensation package, including an annual salary range of$280,000 - $300,000 plus productivity incentives. This exceptional offer is complemented by asign-on bonus up to $125kandrelocation assistance up to $20k. You'll also benefit from flexible scheduling options with light, shared call responsibilities.
