In this role, you will read blueprints, lay out, fit, and weld structural and sheet metal components for custom projects across diverse industries. You will operate MIG/TIG equipment and fabrication tools, maintain tight tolerances, and inspect your own work for quality. Working in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment, you’ll support continuous improvement, collaborate with engineering and assembly, and gain hands-on experience with advanced equipment and varied customer jobs.
