As a Team Leader your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing production teams across potting, spacing, disbudding, and grading Planning and delivering daily production activities in line with crop schedules and KPIs Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and control labour costs Ensuring compliance with SOPs, health & safety standards, and strong 5S housekeeping Managing performance, training, absence, and holiday planning within your teams. As a Team Leader , your experience will include: Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor within Production or Manufacturing Strong people leadership, planning, and organisational skills Confidence working to targets, deadlines, and production schedules A continuous improvement mindset, with Lean or 5S experience beneficial Own transport is essential due to the Christchurch location.
